As one small business owner to another, I know how costly it is to advertise and promote your products and services. The cost of a two inch square ad in the local papers is about $40 and up for a single insertion. Four times per month times twelve months per year equals $1920 per year. That's an expensive hit neither you nor I can easily afford. And, the ad is only good if the paper is read or until it's discarded a day or two later.

It was with this thought that the South Puget Sound Small Business Directory was born. A need for permanent, inexpensive advertising that the smallest business can afford. On the Internet, an ad (webpage/site) is available every second of the day for as long as you desire, for more than 100 million people to view. It is easily edited to reflect your business needs at a very minimal cost as they change. The South Puget Sound Small Business Directory provides a way for the small business owner to enter the rapidly growing arena of on-line internet advertising at a very low cost with very little effort.

Add a link from your hard copy advertising to your single or multiple page website. Make your "hard-copy advertising" help your business grow! You can't say much on one of those little ads in the paper, but you can add a link and direct them to your website where you can say a lot!

A hosting fee of .25 cents per day ($7.50 per month) for a single (or multiple) page website (see below for multiple page websites if desired) in the NorTac directory is payable with an annual payment. This rate will be guaranteed for two additional years and includes free consultation to plan your site for the best presentation of your advertising and promotional needs.

The page will be coded with basic HTML and include up to three graphics (logo or pictures) that you provide at no additional cost. All scans will include (if necessary) color correction and gamma adjustment to ensure that they display properly on the internet.

Additional pages if desired, will be coded with simple HTML at a cost of $50.00 per page and $6.00 per first scan and $3.00 for each additional scan per page. Up to three pages can be hosted at our regular rate of $90 per year. Four to a maximum of six pages can be hosted for $144 per year.

A page is defined as being up to 8½" x 14" with or without graphics and not exceeding 50 kb of total storage space.

Your annual contract will include the option of including a coupon page for a one time cost of $10.00 at the time of initial publication of webpage. If you wish to change your coupon monthly, the charge will be $5.00 per change. Visitors to your site will then be able to print a coupon for your business.. You decide what the coupon is for, what it says, and how much it is worth.

If you choose not to advertise your business on your own webpage, your business name, address and phone number can still be listed in the appropriate active text directory at no charge upon request.
